Well after a LONG day(1/10/2015) my brother and I flew down to Portland in pursuit of my STi. It was an absolute pain getting the loan, since they did moronic things, but once I was approved it was go time. I found my STi at a dealership in Portland, and they were gracious enough to pick us up after our wonderful 4 hour stay at the airport. As with any car there was a few things wrong with it, but all of which are fixable. Especially since I got a screaming deal on it. We then departed and took our 7.5 hour 450 mile journey home in a car that can be described as.. Not a comfortable road trip car. So without adieu I give you pictures galore:

Getting in the cockpit for the first time, and as you may see the car only has 71k miles and that is LOW.

The front at a rest stop

    Quick pee break

And now finally home where she belongs. I would call this an epic garage if I do say so myself.

    and the engine bay(so dirty..)

As with any car it has its issues, but nothing a little love can't fix. My immediate plans are to replace to Turbosmart non recirculating BOV with a stock one, then find a OEM EBCS, and then maintenance from there and somewhere along the lines find some OEM BBS STi wheels to get rid of these nasty TSW's, and 04/05 taillights

Got my first subie part in today! It's an APS turbo inlet, and they've been discontinued for a while. I knew this was the one I wanted but didn't think I would be able to find one. The thing I like about it is, its not silicone its metal, so its higher quality and its the only one that doesn't have some type of brand engraved into it like the AMR one. So when my brother told me he found one for sale I jumped on it. Its going to get re powdercoated wrinkle red along with the Intake Manifold while its out. I figure since the IM is already out I'll have it ported and get the TGV's ported at the same time for the TGV deletes. Anyways heres the picture of my precious.

I'm stoked! All I need is to simply find the right car! Right now I'm putting money aside to get the maintenance out of the other way right off the bat. Then after that start buying parts! Coilovers are first on the list

Its non-recirculating, which is super bad for Subaru's since they have recirculating ones from the factory. And its really loud lol

Ahh I see. If you get a new intercooler for some reason, you should hook me up with that stock one

Thanks! If the intercooler ever goes up fs, I'll letcha guys know. It'll be a while before I decide if it goes up fs. Only way it would is if I get a Process West one, and that's $900 lol.
